In the name of God, Amen, I Jacob Biel living in the State of Maryland & County of Allegheny being old, sick and perhaps on the point of Death, however in my proper senses and because I conceive my end to be at hand I concluded to make my Last Will and testament as follows is that after my death my debts by my executors whom I shall hereafter name, shall be freely and faithfully paid, further is my wish & desire that my beloved wife Maria Barbara after my death for her subsistence shall receive one cow, two sheep, her bed with every part belonging thereto, one large iron pott, one Dutch oven, one tea kettle, all the flax, half a dozen pewter spoons, one small pewter dish, three pewter plates, further is my desire, that my land shall be rented out until my youngest child shall be of age, my wife shall have the rent for the support and education of the children as yet under age, she shall also remain living at the Plantation as long as she keeps my name that is remains a widow, and shall she be entitled to the third part of all my loose, that is, personal property, after sale thereof being made and my debts paid, the rest of the money arising from the sale, is my will shall be equally divided amongst my children, further my wife shall have the winther grain except what the boys sowed & that so long as the contract remains in force, she shall only have of that, my part of the grain-further is my wish & desire, that after all my children are of age, the land shall be given up to my beloved son, Conrad Biel, who shall be obliged to pay for the whole, after deducting a childs part for himself, whatever seven men shall value & appraise the land to my executors who shall divide the balance amongst my children equally, further shall he to my beloved son, John Georg Biehl, for the second part the sum of five shillings, pays further is my will, that Mr.John Now--ger shall be my first executor and my beloved son, Conrad, shall be the second executor & herewith I declare this to be my will & testament & no other and declare void any made by me before this the twenty seventh of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Ninety Five-I acknowledge this to be my hand & before witnesses the day and date just mentioned.
