Will of Thomas Mackelfish 1804, Allegany Co, MD


    In the name of God Amen.  I Thomas Mackelfish of Allegany County being of 
perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament.  
I give and devise the whole of my real and personal Estate
Chargeable with the support maintenance and Cloathing of my wife during her 
life to my four sons whom I also appoint Executors of this my last will and 
testament to them their Heirs and assigns forever to be equally divided 
amongst them - and I do hereby utterly revoke and disannul all and every 
former Wills, Testaments, legaries, bequests and Executors by me in any wise 
before mentioned, willed and bequeathed __ ratifying this and confirming this 
and no other to be my last will and testament.  In testimony whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty third day of October in the year of 
our Lord Eighteen hundred and four.~
Signed dated? published pronounced
 and declared by the said Thomas
Macklefish as his last Will and
Testament in our presence who in
his presence and in the presence of 
each other have hereunto subscribed
our names.
