Secondly, that after all my debts and funeral charges are paid, which debts and charges I desire shall be paid out of money to be realized on a certain Mortgage I now hold against James L. O誰eal and wife, so far as the same may extend. Thirdly, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Deborah O誰eal, all my property real, personal and mixed, wherever the same may be at the time of my death, to have, use and enjoy to herself so long as she remains my widow. Fourthly, if my said wife should again marry, or at her decease, I will and direct that my personal property, remaining, and my real estate shall be sold by the trustee hereinager named and appointed and the proceeds from such sale be divided equally between my children William C. O誰eal, James L. O誰eal, Margaret A. Clites, Emily Jane Anderson, Samuel A. O誰eal, Richard W. O誰eal, George P. O誰eal, Sarah E. Ash, Clara E. O誰eal, Laura D. O誰eal, Effie J. O誰eal, and Emily Elizabeth Boener Smith, my step-daughter, it being by desire that my said step-daughter shall take a child痴 portion because of her labor for and kindness to me for many years. Fifthly, I appoint Deborah O誰eal, my beloved wife, executrix of this my last will and testament. Sixthly, in case my said wife should marry again, or in case of her death without having married again, it is my will and desire that Franklin B. Beall shall execute and carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament, now therefore upon the happening of either her marriage as aforesaid or of her death as aforesaid, I further will, devise and bequeath unto the said Franklin B. Beall, as trustee, all my property real, personal and mixed wherever found to be by said trustee sold and disposed of as provided in the fourth paragraph of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other, to be my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal on this fourth day of August in the year eighteen hundred and eighty seven.
