In the Name of God Amen: I Fracis Twigg of Allegany County in the State of Maryland being sick and ill disposed in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding the certinty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my wordly affears and thereby being better prepeared to leave this world when it shall pleas GOD to call me hence do there four make and Publish this my Last will and testiment in manner and form following. first and Principally I commit my Soul into the hands of Almity GOD and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors herein after mentioned and after my debs and funeral Charges are paid I devis and bequeath as follows Item I gave and devis to my beloved Wife all my Rail and Personal Property during her Natral Life and after her Deceas I Gave all my Rail Property to my Son Asa that is to say Meadow Hall wheareon I now live and all one other Part of a tract Called Rich hollow and also one other tract Called Twigg Luck Containing Seventeen acres and also one other tract Called black oak Ridg containing Seventeen acres to him and his heirs for ever leveing all my Personal Property in the hand of my beloved wife to do with that as she may think Proper and to dispose of as She may think fit during her Natral Life and after her death I gave all the Remaining Part of my Personal Property that She hasnot disposed of to my son Asa Twigg and....... Lastly I do hereby Constitute and apoint my dear Wife Mary to be Sole Exutrix of this my Last will testiment revoking and anulling all formar wills by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and non other to be my Last will and testiment in testimony where of I have here unto let my hand affixed seal this tweanty fifth day of April Eighteen hundred and twenty five.
