Jamison, Geo Robinett, and Thomas Twigg. "In the name of God amen, I Asias Wilson of Allegany County in the state of Maryland being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and be thereby better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me home, do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say: First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herein after named and after my debts and financial charges are paid I devise and bequeath as follows- Item: I give and devise unto my beloved wife Mary Wilson one third of my real estate and also one third of my personal property during her natural life. Item: I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Asias Wilson all my real estate to be held by him and his heirs forever consisting of part of a tract of land called Conclusion, part of a tract called Two Springs, part of a tract called Deer Park, part of a tract called Timber, part of a tract called Dusky Weather, and also my black horse pect and one cow, one desk, and one bed and the grain in the ground should there be any at my death. Item: I give unto my daughter Jemima Robinetts sons as follows: to John B Robinett one hundred and fifty dollars, to Augustin Robinett one hundred and fifty dollars, and Jairus W. Robinett one dollar. Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Dickens children in Ohio each one-dollar. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Joshua Wilson in Ohio five dollars. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Arthur Wilson in Ohio five dollars. Item: I give and bequeath unto my son Isaac C Wilson one dollar. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Jesse Wilson and my two daughters Mazy Robinett and Alley Wilson all the remaining part of my personal property to be equally divided between them share and share alike. And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Jesse Wilson sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me heretofore made. Ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this ninth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
