It was received the 4th day of July 1807 and proven by George Reid and Johnson Collins. "In the name of God Amen, I Isaac Wilson, son of Edward of Allegany County, being weak in body but of sound disposing mind and memory, thanks be to Almighty God for the same, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following, viz.; First I commend my soul to God who gave it, hoping his acceptance thereof through the infinite satisfaction of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior; and my body to the earth to be decently buried, at the discretion of my executor hereafter named; and as for my worldly goods which god of his mercy hath been pleased to bestow upon me; I give, devise and bequeath as follows, viz.: I give and bequeath unto my son Joshua Wilson, his heirs and assigns forever, a tract of land called Wilson's Risk, containing about fifty seven acres; and no more of my estate. Item I give and bequeath unto my son William Wilson and his heirs forever a tract of land called Hornet's Nest, containing about fourteen acres and no more of my estate. Item I give and bequeath unto my sons Isaac Wilson & Jonathan Wilson and their heirs forever the plantation I bought of Charles Clymer and all of land I claim adjoining thereunto to be equally divided between them when my son Jonathan comes to twenty one years of age, and no more of my estate. Item I give and bequeath unto my sons Asias Wilson and Otho Wilson and their heirs forever a tract of land called Good Will, containing about sixty eight acres; a tract of land called William's Discovery, containing about ten acres, a tract of land called Addition to Hornet's Nest containing about fifty seven acres, and also the piece of land I bought of John Lashley, containing about two acres, to be equally divided between them (after the death of their mother) and no more of my estate. Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson Isaac Wilson and his heirs forever, a tract of land called Little Worth, containing about twenty four acres to be delivered to him at the death of his grand mother Alley Wilson to whom I give the profit thereof while she lives. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Grimes and her heirs a negro boy named Nathan, to be delivered to her or her heirs at the death of her mother, and no more of my estate. I give an bequeath unto my wife Alley Wilson and her heir forever, all of the rest of my personal estate, Also I give unto my said wife the use and profit of said negro boy called Nathan and Plantation whereon I now live during her widowhood - Also my will is that my said son Asias have liberty and right and I hereby authorize him (so to do without any legal administration on my estate, for I desire that none should be had) to collect and receive all debts which I may owe except what may be due on the land last named. Also I hereby appoint my son Asias Wilson whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament to perform and do all and everything as before required without any legal administration on my said estate hereby appointing this to be my last will and testament and none other.
