In the name of God amen. I Richard Huggins of the County of Ann Arundell Planter in the Province of Maryland being Sick and weake in body but of perfect mind and memory the Lord be praised Do make and ordain this my last Will and testament in writing Revoakeing all former Wills by me made. (Viz) ~ Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving wife Ann Huggins all my whole Estate which I am now possessed of both reall and personall in what kind ______ quallity so as or to be at her disposing and do nominate and appoint my Wife sole and whole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament in writing. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of February 1669 ~ Signed Sealed delivered and The marke of Rich. Huggins (Seal) published in the presence of us Thomas Knighton 15 April 1670 Francis Stockett/Hockett The marke of George [L.] Walker A Commission proved to Samuel Chow Esq to prove the aforesaid Will of Richd Huggins deceased and to administer the oath to His Executrix herein named who made this returne on the back side of the Originall Will (Viz) ~ This Will was in [ ___________ ] proved before me the fourteenth of May 70, by the oathes of Francis Stockett and Thomas Knighton and at the same time his Executrix tooke her oath before me.
