In event of his death without heirs to pass to son Jeremiah and in turn to son Zachariah. To son Jeremiah and heirs, 25 acres bought from Richard Ijams, Jacob's Lott. To son Zachariah 67 acres Charles Frollick. Should he die without issue, land aforesaid to be divided equally between three daughters Charity, Rachel and Mary. Land not to be sold to any stranger but to remain among children. Sons to be of age at 16. Daughters to be of age at 14.
