MURRAY Anne Arundel Co. Wills 1913, Film CR 27,259-2, Liber OBD1:47, folio 83 I, Carlos M. Murray, of Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my last will and testament, in manner following that is to say: First - I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Maria Henrietta Murray, all property of every kind, real, personal or mixed that I may own at the time of my death. Second - I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, Maria Henrietta Murray, Executrix of this my last will and testament and it is my desire that she be excused from giving bond. In testimony whereof, I hereunto subscribed my name and affix my seal this Eleventh day of November in the year nineteen hundred and twelve. Carlos M. Murray Signed, sealed and published by the above named testator in the presence of us, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto. Murray, and made oath in due form of law, that she does not know of any will or codicil of Carlos M. Murray late of said County, deceased, other than the above instrument of writing and that she received the same from the deceased at the time of the execution of the same, and retained the same in her possession until delivered to the Reg of Wills for probate and that the deceased departed this life on or about the 10th day of November, 1913. Sworn to in open court. Test. Oden B. Duckett Reg. Of Wills for Anne Arundel Co. Anne Arundel Co. SS: On the 25th day of November, 1913, came J.E. Pocock and Charles A. Whittle, as the two subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will and testament of Carlos M. Murray late of said county deceased, and made oath in due form of law that they did see the Testator sign and seal this will; that they saw him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last will and testament, that at the time of his so doing he was, to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding; and that they together subscribed their names as witnesses to this will in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other. In the Orphans Court of Anne Arundel County, the Court after having carefully examined the above last will and testament, of Carlos M. Murray, late of said county, deceased, and decrees this 25th day of November, 1913 that the same be admitted in this court as the true and genuine last will and testament of the said Carlos M.
