IMPRIMIS I Give and bequeath to my Beloved Sons Greenbury Ridgley Henry Ridgley and Charles Greenburry Ridgley the Sum of five Shillings current money to each in full for their parts in my Estate Item I Give and bequeath to my beloved Son Joshua Ridgley all my Right and Title to a deed of Bargain and Sale that I had of him for his real and personal Estate and also the sum of five Shillings current money for his part of my Estate Item I Give and bequeath to my beloved Son Nicholas Greenbury Ridgley and his heirs forever all that Tract or parcel of Land Called Mothers Care and also the Sum of five Shillings current money for his part of my Estate Item I Give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Ann Worthington the Sum of Sixty Six pounds of current money out of my Estate Item I Give and bequeath to my Beloved daughter Elizabeth Dorsey the sum of Sixty Six pounds Current money out of my Estate Item I Give and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Sarah Ridgley and her heirs forever all my Right Title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever to a Bond I have of Philimon Dorseys for the Conveying a parcel of Land in the Room of my part of a Tract of Land Called Silence and in case my daughter Sarah should die without such heirs to go to my daughter Elizabeth and her heirs forever Item And my Will is further that after the aforesaid Legacies and my Just Debts be Satisfied by my three above named Daughters or their Husbands for them that they equally divide the remainder of my Estate between themselves - Namely Ann Worthington Elizabeth Dorsey and Sarah Ridgley and in case they should disagree in such division my Will is that they appoint two or three persons to make such division without any other expence whatever /s/ Elizabeth Ridgley (seal) Signed Sealed and pronounced and declared to be the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Ridgley in presence of H.
