Liber 22 folio 143 In the name of God amen. I John Tye being in a very bad state of health but very sensible bless God for it whereas I do intend to make my will and settle my affairs in this world. I do betroth to my daughter Susanna Bell her executers, adminisators, and assigns forever fifty acres of land with a settlement upon it yard land called Clay yard land lying South west. Whereas I do betroth to my son John Tye yard another fifty acres whither I now live upon which is called Clay but my wife to have heir in it. Whereas I betroth to my son John Tye fifty acres of land called Park his heirs executors adminisaters and assignes forever. But my wife to have her life in it and wife to have all my personal assets. I betroth to my Grandson John Bell one skonabale mare called Tuck and Francis and Arthur Bell is to both of them to have colt ought of her. I betroth to William Frgin?? One mare foul but if a horse not any whereas. I do order this to be my last will and testament.
