Mr. Moore left $500 each to his nephew, Samuel Boyle, and his niece, Elizabeth Boyle. The remainder of his property be left to his wife. He requested, at the discretion of his wife, that his body be buried in the cemetery of St James' Parish, on the Manor, Tenth district. MORRISON, REV. DR. GEO Letters of administration, with the will annexed, were granted to Charles B. Osborn, of Aberdeen, on the estate of Rev. Dr. Geo Morrison, and he gave bond in the sum of $3,000. The daughters of Dr. Morrison, Esther R. and Margaret L. had been left as executrixes. but they renounced the trust. BURKE, JACOB Letters of administration, with the will annexed, were granted to Joshua Burke on the estate of Jacob Burke. EDMONSTON, MARY The will of the late Mary E. (or F.) Edmonston, of the 9th district, was admitted to probate Wednesday. One-half of her estate is bequeathed to the testator's sister, Miss Christiana Berry, during her life, and after her death to the testator's nephew, Thomas L. Berry, who is also given the remaining one-half of the estate. The testator's brother, J. M. Berry, is relieved from all indebtedness to her. MILLER, ALBERT A. The will of the late Albert A. Miller, of the 11th district, was admitted to probate. He bequeaths his property to his wife during her life, and after her death to his children. These are from The Maryland Journal July 18, 1903 REICH, ANDREW The will of Andrew Reich has been admitted to probate and disposes of all his estate to his nephews and nieces. James S. Calwell is named as executor and letters testamentary were granted him. STAHL, CAROLINE The will of Caroline Stahl has been admitted to probate and names John A. Schwartz as executor, to whom letters testamentary were granted. The will provides for her funeral expenses and a tombstone at the grave, after which all cash money in bank and the building association and her clothing is to be given her niece, Mrs. Kate Hinton. Mrs. Emma V. Harris and daughter, Ella V. Harris are given the funiture. SCHMIDT, ANNA The will of Anna Schmidt has been admitted to probate and names her husband, John Schmidt, executor, to whom all her property is given. BERRYMAN, MARGARET The will of Margaret Berryman has been admitted to probate and names her son, George G. Berryman, executor. Laura Weller, her granddaughter, is given a feather bed, and all the rest of the estate is directed to be sold, and after the funeral and other expenses have been paid, one-fourth of the remainder is to be paid her son, George G. Berryman; one-fourth to her daughter, Vilmina, wife of Wm F. Weller; one-fourth to Hannah Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Gore and the remaining fourth to her son, George G. Berryman, to be held in trust for her grandson, Mitchell Brown, until he shall become 21 years of age. DORSEY, VERNON W. Letters testamentary have been granted to John K. Bolte on the estate of Vernon W. Dorsey. HARE, WM. H. Letters of testamentary have been granted to Mary Hare on the estate of Wm. H. Hare. Lee, the above two were together.
