Know all men by these presents that I Richard Taylor of Stafford Co.,Va. planter for 
valuable good cause to me thereunto me moving do make constitute and appoint by these 
presents have made constitute and appoint my father Richard Taylor Senr of Baltimore 
Co., Maryland planter my true and lawfull atty for me and in my name and for myself and 
my to convey and make over all & every my right title to of land called Stone's Delight 
containing 100a of landmy sd atty

MEMORANDUM Mary Taylor W/o Richard Tavlor, Jr living in Stafford Co Va for good 
causes unto me thereunto moving doth appoint my father Richard Taylor Sr of Baltimore 
Co., Maryland my atty to make over my title to a tract of land called Stones Delight 
consisting of 100a lying in Baltimore Co., and a run descending into the Herring run 
June 1723

On the back of which is the foregoing poa is this written: 
On the 4th of Nov. came James Tracey & John Cross two of the evidences to the within 
poa and made oath that they saw Richard Taylor sign the poa. 

On 4 Nov 1724 came George Hitchcock one of the evidences of the power of attorney 
and made oath before us that he saw Mary Taylor sign the within Power of Atty and aslo 
saw Joseph Taylor sign the ?same as one evidence.
