Signed by Secretary of Navy Nov. 29, 1864 report orders of Dr. Warner from Commonwealth of Mass, office of Surgeon General Warner Family Tree 1627-1886 William Warner member of first Assembly of PA under Wm Penn, son of John Warner of Drayentt Parish Worcestershire, England. Was Capt. Under Cromwell, left England 1658. Had 5 children. March 8, 1846 Letter/certificate from Washington University of Baltimore that Dr. Warner passed the clinical courses for the City and County of Baltimore. Flagg giving him a well detailed chronology of his family history. Included are the Wilks’, Kimmel’s, Rankin’s, Stouffer’s, O’Neill’s, Garrett’s, etc. The Warner’s are related through the Kimmel’s. May 31, 1866 Letter to Dr. J. E. Warner relieving him of his duties and thanking him for his assistance in “caring for the sick and destitute Freedmen.” April 19, 1859 (2 certificates) Seal of Confirmation of Elizabeth Warner and of John Edward Warner at St. Andrew’s Church in Baltimore. January 25, 1867 War Dept. Surgeon General’s Office confirming Dr. J. E. Warner’s for duty at Richmond, VA. Compensation at the rate of 100 dollars a month. History of Jacob Henderson, born in Ireland about 1681, died Queen Anne Parish, MD, was bishop. More Warner Family Tree info 1849-1890, concluding with A. K. Warner (born 8-30- 1863), married Estelle Agee (?), descendant of 5 Maryland governors. My grandfather, Costello Lloyd Warner, was born in Baltimore December 26, 1882. My father, Gilbert Beverly Warner was born in Baltimore November 11, 1911 March 2, 1845 Wedding certificate of Benjamin Weishampel and Cora Irene Richards (my father’s maternal great grandfather was Benjaman Weishampel) March 7, 1865 Holy Matrimony certificate of above 3 poems/sonnets written by Gilbert Crowther Tennant – mid-20th C May 31, 1848 Deed for Lot 191, Ave B of the Western Cemetery, Fayette Street Methodist Episcopal Church, Baltimore. “Visit to the Old Brick Manse After an Absence of Fifty Years.” “I was three years of age when my father, Dr. J. E. Warner sold the old “brick house” on Deer Creek to Mr. Alibone and removed his family to Baltimore.” It is a story of his motoring from Baltimore to visit the “brick house.” It was built in 1811 by John Forwood who had come from Delaware, was the owner of 60 slaves and the bricks were made by them on the plantation.
