Richard Taylor, Jr for the consideration of 2500 lbs tob to him already in hand paid by William Lyale whosowith the sd Richard Taylor doth ack himself to be satisfied & paid of every part & parcel to discharge the sd William Lyale forever by these presents do sell all that pareele of land called Stones Delight lying in sd Co in Little Brittain Ridge Beg..at a oak a boundary of a tract of land formerly surveynd for Job Cross of sd Co and two bounded by tree standing triangle high 4 perches and on the called the Western Run, a branch of the Herring Runldeseending into ?'Back river & running thence ....... to the beginning trees containing & laid out for 100a.
