HARRISON - In Baltimore city, March 3, 1902, WILLIAM G. HARRISON STUMP, eldest son of the late Alexander Hamilton Stump, of Baltimore county. BARBOUR, ZEBULON T. - At Parksville, Md., February 28, 1902, ZEBULON T. BARBOUR, aged 60 years. The funeral of Mr. Zebulon T. Barbour, who died at his home here, took place at Hiss' Church on Sunday afternoon last and was largely attended. Rev. F. R. Isaac conducted the services. The pall-bearers were Messrs. Charles and Wm. Ehrhardt, Charles Tames, William Hiss, Howard Amoss and Henry Fuller. Mr. Fred. Lassahn had charge of the funeral. Mr. Barbour, who was about 60 years of age, was born in Dulany's Valley. He leaves a family. SCHOELKOPF, PAUL P. - At his residence, near Ashland, February 28, 1902, PAUL P. SCHOELKOPF, son of the late Mathias Schoelkopf, of the 10th district. Mr. Paul P. Schoelkopf, manager of the farm of Mr. Rudolph Sommerwerck, near Ashland, N. C. R. R., died on the 28th ult., after a short illness from cancer of the stomach, aged 62 years. He was a son of the late Mathias Schoelkopf, a farmer of the 10th district, and was born near Sunnybrook. He is survived by a widow, two duaghters and to sons. SMITH, SARAH E. - At the city residence of her brother, James H. Smith, March 2, 1902, SARAH E. SMITH. PRICE, MORDECAI - At Govanstown, on Fourth day, Third month, 5th, MORDECAI PRICE, in the 80th year of his age, a native of the 8th district. Dr. Mordecai Price, aged 80 years, a well-known member of the Society of Friends, died on Wednesday, at Govanstown. He was a son of Mordecai Price and Mary D. Price, the latter being an acknowledged minister of the Society of Friends. The parents of Dr. Price were pioneer settlers in the 8th district of this county. He was one of the first graduates of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, and practiced his profession and conducted a store at Fallston. His first wife was Hannah Falk, of Pennsylvania, and his second was Mrs. Sarah J. Dare. Dr. Price had no children. He leaves one sister, Mrs. Deborah Hooper. GILL, MARY JANE - In Baltimore, March 5, 1902, after lingering illness, MARY JANE GILL, widow of Noah Gill, of Baltimore county. SMITH, W. GORDON - Mr. W. Gordon Smith, of Fredericksburg, Va., who had been a patient at the Sheppard and Pratt Hospital, near Towson, several months ago, died in that institution on Sunday evening last, aged 34 years. His widow, who survives him, was with him when he died. He left no children. Mr. Smith had been connected with the United States Steel Corporation. PRICE, MRS. - Mrs. Price, wife of Mr. George W. Price, died at her home at Phoenix, N. C. R. R., on Tuesday night last, aged 36 years. The cause of her death was consumption. Deceased was a daughter of Mr. John Turnbaugh, of the 10th district. Her husband and three children survive her. ATKINSON, DR. ALBERT S. - Dr. Albert S. Atkinson, who died suddenly from heart failure a few days ago, was a son of Mr. Wm. George Atkinson, of Baltimore, whose summer home is at Glyndon, Baltimore county. He was assisting in an operation in a hospital in Baltimore when he was attacked and died in a few minutes. Deceased, who was 31 years of age, is survived by a widow and one son. Mrs. Atkinson was formerly Miss Nellie Chick, daughter of Elder F. A. Chick, of Hopewell, N. J., formerly of Baltimore county. FLOYD, REV. W. J. - Rev. W. J. Floyd, who died near Crisfield, Md., February 13th, was the father of Mrs. Roberts, wife of Rev. W. F. Roberts, who is well known in Baltimore county, having been pastor of Great Falls and other circuits here. Mr. Floyd was in the 74th year of his age and an earnest and tireless worker. BLACKBURN, CLARENCE W. - The remains of Clarence W. Blackburn, son of Mr. Robert H. Blackburn, were laid to rest on Sunday last in the cemetery at Hiss' Church. The funeral was largely attended, especially by young people, as he had many friends among them. Rev. F. R. Isaac, senior pastor of Great Falls Circuit, conducted the services. Mr. George W. Grammer had charge of the funeral arrangements. Young Blackburn, whose mother died only a few months ago, died after a very brief illness from pneumonia.
