McRae, aged 37 years, a brother of Mr. Charles McRae, wholesale liquor dealer, Calvert street, Baltimore, died on Sunday afternoon last, 25th. Mr. McRae was well known in Baltimore county, and was of a genial and happy disposition. The immediate cause of death was paralysis, of which he had five different attacks, in several years past. Mr. McRae had never married. BUFFAL, SON - On Saturday last, 24th inst., a little son of Mr. John Buffal, aged 6 years who lives in the 11th District, on the Harford road fell from a horse which he was riding, and got his foot caught in the stirrup. The horse became frightened and started off in a run, dragging the little fellow along the road. He was so badly injured that he died shortly after the accident. BROWN, JOHN B. - John B. Brown, one of the most prominent citizens of Howard county, died at his residence near Woodstock on the 25th inst. The services were conducted by Rev. S. M. Brandi, pastor of St. Alphonsus' Catholic Church, Woodstock. The pall-bearers were Senator A. P. Gorman, Hon. Henry G. Davis, of West Virginia; Frank D. Brown, S. Thos. Brown, Wm. H. Gorman and J. Frank Brown, all nephews of the deceased. The remains were interred in the old family burying ground at Goodfellowship, his home.
