Welch, aged 18 months, daughter of Timothy Welch No 108 West Henrietta street was instantly killed yesterday afternoon by falling from a second story window to the pavement, a distance of fifteen feet. The little child was standing on a chair looking out for her father to come from work, when she lost her balence and fell to the sidewalk. She struck on the back of her head, breaking her neck and died immediately. Mrs. Wlech, who was in the back second story room preparing supper, ran down and picked up the lifeless child ran with it to Dr. Burch's office nearby, when she relized the child was dead and cried bitterly.
