Manken was married to Miss Eleanor M. Green by Rev. Wm. Melville. The bride wore pearl-colored cloth, with hat to match, and carried La France roses. The ushers were Vincent Creamer and W. Herbert Gorsuch. Miss Mary Todd, of Highlandtown, played the wedding march. The church was most beautifully decorated. The chancel being adorned with evergreens and pretty bridal wreaths, the b\pulpit was banked with narcissus, and the organ with hyacinths. Potted plants were also used in the decorations. The couple stood beneath a large floral bell formed of pink and white roses. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Josiah Green, of Baltimore, and granddaughter of Mr. Abraham Stansbury, of this county.
