G. L. Cuddy, James T. Almony to Rena J., second daughter of Mr. Ross Bond. HUNT WILSON On Thursday evening, Jan. 14, 1886, at Stablersville, by the Rev. G. L. Cuddy, Hugh W. Hunt to Leah L. Wilson. McINTOSH STINSON On January 13, by Rev. Dr. T. J. Shepherd, Dr. W. Page McIntosh, of New Orleans, La., and Miss Isabel W. Stinson, of Baltimore county. PLEASANTS GALLAGHER The wedding of Mr. Pembroke Pleasants, eldest son of Richard H. Pleasants, Esq., and Miss Kate Gallagher, of Baltimore, will take place early next month. PHILLIPS McCAY Mr. B. Frank Phillips, of Mount Washington, was married on Wednesday to Miss Daisy McCay, daughter of Mr. Joshua P. McCay, of Baltimore. The bride is only 15? And the groom 23, and it was a runaway match. TIMANUS HUTCHINS At St. Michael’s P. E. Church, Baltimore, at 4:?0 p.m., on Wednesday last, Mr. E. Clay Timanus was married to Miss Grace L. Hutchins, daughter of Mr. J. Alfred Hutchins, of this county. Rev. Dr. Warner, of St. James parish, Baltimore county, officiated MITCHELL BLACK A very large audience assembled in the First M. E. Church, Baltimore on Tuesday evening last, to witness the marriage of Dr. Edward M. Duncan, a rising young physician of Govanstown, to Miss Roberta Black, daughter of Rev. R. W. Black, Presiding ? of East Baltimore, District, M. E. church. The ceremony was performed by the father of the bride and at its conclusion the young couple left for Govanstown, where they at once embarked in housekeeping. The ushers were Mr. John Duncan, brother of the groom; Mr. Wilmer Black, brother of the bride, and Messrs. Cochran and Reno Kraumer. Dr. Duncan is a son of Mr. John D. C. Duncan, a well-known merchant of the 8th district. ALMONY BOND In response to the neat and tasteful cards of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Bond about sixty of their friends, from York, Baltimore and Harford counties, assembled in their parlor on Wednesday evening, Jan. 13, 1886, to witness the marriage of their daughter, Miss Rena to Mr. James T. Almony. The nuptial knot was tied by the Rev. G. L. Cuddy, of West Harford Circuit. The bride was attired in a cream cashmere, handsomely trimmed with lace, and the groom wore the conventional suit of black. After the ceremony the entire company was invited to the dining hall, where a sumptuous repast was served. Several hours were spent in social enjoyment. Miss Ida McDonald, by her skillful rendering of select music, contributed much to the pleasure of the company. Again were all summoned to the dining hall, where confectionery, fruit, lemons and cake were freely served. The presents were numerous, handsome and some valuable. ? late hour the company dispersed, having spent a delightful evening. On the following evening, Mr. Harrison Almony, father of the groom, who resides near White Hall, gave a reception to the newly married ?. Many of their friends and relatives were ? and a bountiful supply of confectionery and other good things were served.
