E. Church, New York, on July 26th, 1890, by the Right Rev. Wm. Paret, D. D., Bishop of Maryland, Rev. Randolph H. McKim, D. D., and Mrs. A. M. C. Brooke. Maryland Journal August 2, 1890 McKIM - BROOKE The Rev. Randolph H. McKim, D. D., rector of the P. E. Church of the Epiphany, in Washington, D. C., was married in New York on the 26th ult. to Mrs. A. M. C. Brooke, daughter of the late Hon. Daniel R. Clymer, of Reading, Pa., the Right Rev. Wm. Paret, D. D., Bishop of Maryland, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Haslet McKim. The Rev. Randolph McKim is a native of Baltimore, and was in the Confederate Army during the late war where he made a reputation for bravery and coolness under most trying circumstances, for which he was promoted and made a Lieutenant and Aid-de-Camp on the staff of Brigadier-General Geo. H. Steuart. He delivered an able and interesting address at the last banquet of the Confederate Societies held in Baltimore in Ffebruary last, which was published in the JOURNAL shortly after. The Rev. Dr. is a son of the late John S. McKim, of Belvidere, Baltimore, and his numerous friends and comrades of the Confederate Societies in Maryland wish him all success and happiness in his new command.
