I Fletcher Bone of Baltimore County in the State of Maryland being sick in body but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs Do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and following, that is to say: First, I commit my Soul to the hands of Almighty God and my body to the Earth to be decently buried by my Executrix hereafter named and after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I desire and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Estate real personal and mixed wheresoever situate to my wife Isabella Bone her heirs and assigns with full and absolute power to dispose of the same as she may think fit. I hereby constitute and appoint my Said Wife Isabella Bone to be the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament canceling all former Wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other my last Will and Testament.
