Transcription..... 10th day of November 1713 I Cristopher Cox of Baltemore being ver sick & weak in Body but well in perfect sence and memory do appoint this to be my last will & Tesamt. & no other. Item I give & bequeath my Soule to God that gavit & my body to be decently buried by these I shall appoint my tru and Lawfull Exrs. of this my last will & Testamt. First of all I desire that all my debts that I justly owe to any person be justly paid by those I shall appoint to be my Lawfull Exrs.: Item I give unto my son Joseph Cox the Plantacon where on I now Live wth. it after the decease of his mother to him & his heirs of him if said Joseph Cox dye wth.out heirs I give it to Nicho. Day junr. to him & his heirs for ever. I desire that my Estate be equally divided between my loving wife Mary Cox & my Daughter Eliza. Day & my son Joseph Cox if he lives to recover this spell. If he dyes I desire it to be equally divided between my wife & Daughter Eliza. Day and lastly I do appoint Nicho.
