Gore of Baltimore County and State of Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say: I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Blanche Gore, all my property of every kind, real, personal or mixed or wheresoever situated of which I may die seized and possessed. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said beloved wife, Blanche Gore, and my friend and attorney John Mays Little to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. As witness my hand and seal this fourth day of November 1912. Howard M. Gore (Seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testators, to be his last Will and Testament before us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as attesting witnesses. Harvey M. Hale Ernest Krout Baltimore County S. S. On the 20th day of January, 1925, came John Mays Little and made oath that he does not know of any Will or Codicil of Howard M. Gore, late of said County, deceased, other than the above Instrument of writing, and that he received the same from Testator on the date of it's execution on or about the 4th day of November 1912, and Testator died 11th day of January 1925. Sworn to in open Court. Test. Wm. J. Peach Register of Wills for Baltimore County Baltimore County S. S. On the 20th day of March 1925, came Haravey M. Hale and Ernest Kraut, subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Howard M. Gore, late of said County, deceased and made oath tthat they did see the Testator sign and seal this Will that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and that they subscribed their names as witnesses to this Will in his presence at his request, and in the presence of each other. Peach Register of Wills for Baltimore County In the Orphans Court of Baltimore County The Court, after having carefully examined the above last Will and Testament of Howard M. Gore, late of Baltimore County, deceased, and also the evidence adduced as to it's Validity, Orders and Decrees this 24th day of March 1925, that the same be admitted in this Court as the true and genuine last Will and Testament of the said Howard M.
