The Thirtieth day of March in the year of our lord god 1722. I, Joseph Gostwick, in the county of Baltimore, Planter, being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to god, therefor calling unto mind, once to dye, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give and devise, bequeth and dispose of same in manner and form the following. That is to say I do hearby appoint Elizabeth my wife, Nicholas and Thomas Gostwick my two sons, have an equal part of my movable estate and that said Elizabeth Gostwick, my Elizabeth my wife and Nicholas and Thomas Gostwick my sons and do hearby uterly disalouve and revoke and annull all and every other former testamony, wills, legacies, made by me in any way before this time named in writing where of I have hereunto set my Joseph Gostwick Witnessess Jonas Bowen Isaac Sampson Edward Cooks
