The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net ************************************************************************* I Hannah Hook wife of Joseph Hook of Baltimore County and State of Maryland by virtue of the power granted me the 45 Article Section 2 code of Public Laws of Maryland do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows- It is my will that my executor hereinafter named shall sell the 7 acre lot which I purchased from Alfred I. Crooks and Delilah Crooks his wife as per deed, bearing date Dec 3rd 1857 and among the land records of Baltimore County Liber H M F No 20, folio 297. etc. and the proceed of said sale with whatever money I may die possesed of whether cash in the house or loaned out on mortgages notes, or otherwise, to be equally divided between my seven children- Mary Ann Coleman, Robert Hook, Catherine McMachen, Joseph Hook, Elizabeth Fryfoogle, William Hook, and Ellen Lowrey (Lourey) share and share alike with this exception that my youngest daughter Ellen Lourey shall have two shares or double the amount of each of the others. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint David Jean to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annullling all former wills heretofore by me made ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this Fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three.
