First I recommend my soule to God Almighty and... my body to the Earth and to be buryed after Christian burial. Imprimis: I give unto my son George Peak one hundred seaventy five acres of land being part of Boughton Forrest and to take full possession of it at the age of eighteen years and provided he dye without heires it is to fall to the next heire lawfully begotten in wedlock. Item: I give unto my son John Peak one hundred twenty eight acres of land called by the name of No Name and also one hundred acres of land... to be called by the name of Peaks Purchase bought of Thomas Long and to take full possession of it at the age of eighteen provided he dyes without heirs lawfully begotten to fall to the next heirs lawfully begotten in wedlock.
