In the Name of the ever blessed Trinity Amen.
This is the last Will and Testament of Thomas T. Simmons of the City of 
Annapolis.
Imprimis.  After my just debts and funeral expenses are paid I give and 
bequeath all of my Estate to my dearly beloved wife Ann V. Simmons, during her 
natural life and after her decease to be equally divided between our three 
children, Susan Johns Simmons, Isabella Simmons and Thomas T. Simmons.  My two 
children, Eleanor Wood and Priscilla Simmons by my former wife, having been 
provided for by their Grandmother, at my particular desire and request.
2nd.  I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Ann V. Simmons, Executrix of this my 
last Will and Testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me 
heretofore made reatifying and confirming this and none other to be my last 
Will and testament.  
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 17th 
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.

testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at 
his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have 
subscribed our names as witness thereto.  Thomas T. Simmons (SEAL)
Test:  Joseph Howard, Tho H. Dorsey, Alex Duvall of Henry

Anne Arundel County, the 2d day of October, 1832.
then came Thomas H. Dorsey one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing 
last Will and Testament of Thomas T. Simmons late of Anne Arundel deceased and 
made Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almight God that he did see the testator 
therein named sign and seal this Will and that he heard him publish pronounce 
and declare the same to be his last will and testament that at the time of his 
so doing he was to the best of his apprehension of sound and disposing mind 
memory and understanding and that he together with Joseph Howard and Alexander 
Duvall of Henry, the other subscribing witness respectively subscribed their 
names and all in the presence of each other.  Saml Brown Jun Reg. Wills AA

Anne Arundel County the 3rd day of October, 1832, Then came Alexander Duvall of 
Henry one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament 
of Thomas T. Simmons alte of Anne Arundel County, deceased, and made Oath to

To the Justices of the Orphans Court of Anne Arundel County.  I Ann V. Simmons, 
widow of Thomas T. Simmons, late of Anne Arundel County, deceased, do hereby 
renounce my right to the administration on the personal estate of the said 
deceased and recommend that letters be granted to my brother, Joseph G. 
Harrison.  Witness my hand this 27th day of September 1832.  Ann V. Simmons.

Parish Register of St. James Protestant Episcopal Church, Anne Arundel Co., MD, 
shows Thomas Tillard Simmons son of Abraham and Priscilla, his wife, born 
January 19, 1775, p. 401.

p. 424 of said St. James Parish Register shows Thomas Simmons married 
Elizaabeth Lyles June 2, 1795.

Anne Arundel Marriages shows July 14, 1812, Simmons Thomas T. married Harrison, 
Ann V.
