And doe by these Presents make ordaine & Appointe by Wel beloved sonne Thomas Todd my whole & sole Executor, to See this my last Will performed in manner & forme as ffolloweth Imprimis I give bequeath to my Wel beloved wife (Sarah Todd ? ? ? ? ?) lying in Alderman Richard Bookes hands in London. I likewise bequeath my said wife one hundred seaventy six pounds of Sterling being in y{e} hands of Robert Gorsedy & one pcell of land lying in old England, which the said Robert Gorsedy is now possessed of. Thirdly I give & bequeath my said Wife two of my best breeding Mares Fourthly I give to my fower Daughters, Anne, Johanne, Frances & Averell the product of Eighty seaven hogsheads of Tobacco now shipt for England it to be equally Divided between them. Fifthly I give to each of my said daughters one breeding Mare apiece Sixthly I give & bequeath my Wife one featherbed & furniture Seaventhly I give to my daughter Anne one feather bed Eightly I will that if there be occasion for money, that my part of the ship Angry(?) ? be sold Ninthly I give & bequeath to my brother Christopher Todd twenty pounds sterling to be paid him in England. Tenthly I give my said brother Christopher Todd Seaven hundred Acres of Land called Todde lying in Chester River in Cosier(?) Creeke to be disposed of as he shall think to his heires executors or administrators Eleaventhly I will that my fore executor Thomas Todde that he have not my estate praised nor suffer noe adt{ion} to be taken out.
