These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. ************************************************************************ Last Will and Testament of William Wheeler In the name of god amen William Wheeler Senior of Baltimore County and state of Maryland Farmer being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and memory and good understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following that is to say: I Give devise and bequest unto my beloved wife Mary Wheeler all them parts and parcels of Land known as S????ngtown New addition and Michaels Meadows one hundred and seventy seven and one half acres during her life. I also devise and Bequest unto my beloved sons William Wheeler and Greenberry Wheeler the above mentioned three Tracts or parcels of Land to be divided Equally in acres between them the said William Wheeler and Greenberry Wheeler. I do further order that my son William Wheeler shall have in part of this division of the above Land the house and Twenty seven acres of Land Called Michaels Meadows to them their heirs assigns for them and their heirs proper use and Benefit. I Give and Bequest unto my son Brien Wheeler one Shilling Sterling as he got his hundred acres of land Before. I also Give and Bequest unto my seven sons in law vizt. Stephen Deaver, Joseph Hart, Phillip Parks, Patrick Cummings, Thomas Hooper, Henry Cramlet, one Shilling Sterling each and to William Traplin one Cow, I also Give devise and Bequest unto my grandson Aquila Wheeler the son of Greenberry Wheeler one Shilling Sterling. I also Give and Bequest unto my Grandson John Deaver one Bed and a Chest after my death and my wife Marys. I do hereby appoint my two beloved sons William and Greenberry Wheeler Executors and Trustees of this my last will and testament. In witness I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 12th day of April in the Year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four.
