These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. ************************************************************************ Will of William Zimmerman of Baltimore Co., dated 10 April 1874, proved 14 Sept 1892 In the name of God, Amen I, William Zimmerman of Baltimore County in the State of Maryland, being sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind, memory, and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say~ First and principally I commit my soul unto the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named, after my debts and funeral expenses are paid I desire and bequeath as follows. I give and devise unto my wife Lena Zimmerman all of my estate both real and personal to hold or dispose of as it seemth best to herself. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear wife Lena Zimmerman to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament , ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament.
