In his Will, Thomas Wooden (Wills 1833 Liber. 14, Folio 331-332) Hall of 
Records, Annapolis, Md., then a widower leaves one acre of land on his 
plantation for a Family Graveyard. He left it to his heirs and assigns forever. 

The graveyard is situated in the City of Baltimore, Md. at the south corners of 
Rosedale & Presstman Sts. 

The graveyard was sold May 27, 1918 to one F. Henry Maisch, sale made by 
Mr. Leigh Bonsall.
