He left it to his heirs and assigns forever. The graveyard is situated in the City of Baltimore, Md. at the south corners of Rosedale & Presstman Sts. The graveyard was sold May 27, 1918 to one F. Henry Maisch, sale made by Mr. Leigh Bonsall.
