Baltimore County Union March 6, 1886
Joseph S. Davis, a colored lawyer of the Supreme Court of the District of 
Columbia, was on Monday admitted to the bar of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore 
city.  He is the second colored lawyer who has been admitted to the bar in 
this State.
