Extine, No. 1, O Alley, and broke her neck, causing, it is supposed, instantaneous death. It is not known how she came to fall. She was out late, and came in while the house was asleep. Mr. Extine, with whom she made her home, supposes she must have fallen in trying to make her way upstairs in the dark. When he came home in the morning he found her on the floor dead, though some warmth was yet in the body. Her habits were irregular, and it is stated by police that she frequently found lodging in the stations. Her husband is an inmate of Bayview asylum. Coroner Ogle was satisfied that the cause of death was accidental and did not hold an inquest.
