Chief Ship Hull Draftsman at Bethlehem Was 69. Funeral services for Charles H. Stockhausen, Jr., a retired chief ship hull draftsman with Bethlehem Steel Corporation, will be held at 9 A.M. today at the Ruck funeral establishment, 5305 Harford road. Mr. Stockhausen, who was 69, died unexpectedly Wednesday at his home at 800 Eton road in Towson. A native Baltimorean, he worked at the steel company's Sparrows Point ship yard for 42 years, retiring in 1965. He was a member of the Sparrows Point Country Club. He was a Mason and belonged to Highland Lodge No. 184. Surviving are his wife, the former Emma Stein, of Towson; a son, Army Maj. William T. Stockhausen, who is in the Army and stationed at Fort Levensworth, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Roper (sic - should be Roeper) and Mrs. Calvert M. Seipp, both of Baltimore and four grandchildren.
