Harford County); d.August 11, 1932 Baltimore City, Baltimore County, MD; 
bu.August 15, 1932 Lorraine Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.  Unable to determine 
if "Francis" is his official middle name.  He is listed as "Francis Farley" in 
the 1870 census.
Wife:  Isabella ("Bella") Jane BRAID FARLEY (1867-1947), m.abt.1891 in 
Baltimore, MD.  
Children:  James William ("William" or "Willie") FARLEY (1893-1972) and 
Elizabeth ("Bessie" or "Bess") Helen McKee (nee: FARLEY) (formerly HILLEGEIST) 
PENTZ (1898-1977).  
Parents:  Owen FARLEY and Eliza J. ("Jennie") MCKEE.  Brother:  John R. FARLEY 
(1930-1913).  James Frank FARLEY (age 1) lived in Bel Air, Harford County, MD 
with his parents in 1860.  His parents, according to a Farley relative, were 
killed in a horse and buggy accident, and, as a result, he and his brother 
were raised by his mother's parents, David and Jane McKee (both born in 
Ireland).  In the 1870 census, the brothers are living with the McKees on 
their Upper Falls, Harford County farm and are listed as:   Francis Farley, 
age 11, grandson, works on farm, and John Farley, age 9, grandson.
