I bequeath to my four children Caroline L. Nunner and Emma Aspelmeyer and to my sons Philip F. and George H. E. the sum of two hundred dollars each. The rest of my Estate, money, Property, real and personal I bequeath to my beloved wife Amelia. I appoint my said wife and Frederick Z. Aspelmeyer as my executrix of this my last will and testament. In withness thereof I hereunto set my hand and seal on the date above mentioned. George Altpeter, seal Signed and sealed and published and acknoleged by said George Altpeter as, and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who, in his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as withness thereof. Henry Fuchs, seal Charles W. Bartels, seal Baltimore City S S On the 12th day of April 1917 came Friderich Z. Aspelmeyer and made oath in due form of law, that he does not know of any Will or Codicil of George Altpeter late of said City deceased, other than the above instrument of writing, and that this will was found amongsthe the private effects of Testator, All notified and Testator died on the 24th day of March 1917. Sworn to before the Subscriber Howard W. Jackson Register of Wills for Balto. City Baltimore City S S On the 12th day of April 1917 came Henry Fuchs and Charles W. Bartels the two subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of George Altpeter late of said City, deceased, and made oath in due form of law, that they did see Testatorx sign and seal this Will, that they heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory, understanding and that they subscribed their names as witnesses to this Will in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other.
