Item I give unto my grandson George Tye one hundred acres of Land on which my Water Mill and dwelling house now standeth together with my Mills houses and Mill Dam and other Improvements thereto belonging to him and the heirs of his Body lawfully begotten and for want of such heirs to be his Sister's Elinor Tyes to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Elinor Tye fifty acres of land to be conveyed to me by William Knight granted to said Knight by the name of "Knight's Addition to Painter's Den" unto her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my grand son George Tye aforesaid my Negro Boy named Oliver to be paid to my grandson aforesiad at the age of twenty years. Item I give and Bequeat unto my Grand daughter Susannah Tye my Boy named James to be delivered at the age of twenty one years. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Grand daughter Elinor Tye, Lucy a negro girl to be paid to my grandchild at the age of twenty years. Item I give and Bequeath unto my son and daughter John and Presoscia Tye my Negro named Sarah for and during the natural life of my son and daughter aforesaid not to sell or dispose of the said Negro any ways. Item I hereby appoint my beloved wife Mary Hitchcock and Son in Law John Tye, my whole and sole Executors of this my last will and Testament disannulling and utterly making void all and every other will and wills Testament and Testaments heretofore by me ordained or appointed. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal the 23rd day of the 8th month 1747."
