Last Will and Testament of Samuel Roberts Ing


I ,Samuel Roberts Ing of the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland being in my 
usual health of body and mind do make this my last will and testament in the  …. 
following that is to say:
First, I give and bequeath unto my sister, Jane Ing Roberts, wife of Benson 
Roberts, the sum of Five dollars.
Second, I give and bequeath unto my brother William H. Ing the sum of Five 
dollars.
Third, I give and bequeath  unto my brother, Frank R. Ing, the sum of Five 
dollars.
Fourth, I give  and bequeath all the rest and residue of property of whatever 
description and wheresoever situated to my beloved wife Jennie Kenney Ing and 
hereby  …..and appoint my said beloved wife, Jennie Kenney Ing,  execution of my 
last will and testament and it is my desire that my said execution shall not be 
required to give by with bounty before receiving letters testamentary thereon.
	In witness where of I, Samuel Roberts Ing, to this my last will and 
testament have hereby set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of December, 
in the year of our Lord , one thousand nine hundred and seven.
