Shinnick Feb 1930 I, MARY J. SHINNICK, of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. FIRST- I hereby direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. SECOND- I hereby, give, devise and bequeath all of my property, of whatever description, whether real, personal, or mixed, wheresoever situate, unto my beloved daughter, FLORENCE B. BURNS absolutely. THIRD – I hereby appoint my beloved daughter, Florence B. Burns and her husband, CHARLES BURNS as Executrix and Executor of this, my last Will and Testament. FOURTH- I hereby request that my said Executrix and Executor be exempt from giving the customary surety or bond, for the faithful performance of their duties as such Executrix and executor. As witness Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal, this 5th day of February, 1930. Mary J. Shinnick Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us who at her request in her presence, and the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Louis Binder Ernest A. Smullin On the third day of October, 1932, came Florence B. Burns and made oath in due form of law, that she does not know of any will of codicil of Mary J. Shinnick, late of said city, deceased, other than the instrument of writing, and that she found same among the personal effects of the Testatrix, and that the said Mary J Shinnick departed this life on the 15th day of September, 1932.
