Shinnick In the name of God, Amen. I Ormsby W. Shinnick, of Baltimore City, in the State of Maryland, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, do make publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament. After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Martha J. Shinnick, one third of all of my property, real, personal or mixed wheresover situate, and that which I may be entitled to under and by virtue of the last Will and Testament of William M. Shinnick of the city of Ganesville, in the State of Ohio, and the balance be equally divided between my children, share and share alike. I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, Martha J. Shinnick to be the sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and that she be relieved of the necessity of giving bond. In testimony whereof, I have subscribed my hand and seal this 14th day of June in the year of our Lord, One thousand and nine hundred and one. Ormsby W. Clark and made Oath in due form of law that he does not show of any will or codicil of Ormsby w. Shinnick late of said city, deceased, other than the above Instrument or Writing, and that he received the same from the Testator that he kept it continuously in his custody, and that the Testators died on the 24th day of March 1902. RENUNCIATION OF MARTHA SHINNICK The undersigned, Martha J. Shinnick appointed in the last will and testament of Ormsby W. Shinnick, late of Baltimore City, deceased, do hereby refuse to act as Executrix of said will and do therefore renounce all my right to Letters Testamentary upon said deceased’s Estate and all right title and claim that I may or could have had by virtue of said appointment. In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name this 16th day of August 1904. RENUNCIATION OF MARTHA SHINNICK et al. The undersigned, Martha Shinnick, Maggie E. Kansler, Grace Shinnick, Mary Shinnick, Bessie Shinnick, Mabel Shinnick, Blanche Shinnick, Annabel Shinnick, widow and only children of legal age of Ormsby W. Shinnick late of Baltimore City, deceased, do hereby refuse to Administer upon the Estate of the said deceased, and do therefore renounce all our rights, title, and claim to the administration thereof. There are no children of any deceased child or children of the decedent Ormsby W. Shinnick.
