James Taylor, of the City of Baltimore in the State of Maryland. To my beloved wife Phoebe Taylor all the household and kitchen furniture which belonged to her at our marriage, also 25 shares of stock in Fireman's Insurance Co., and lot of ground and premises on SW side of Green now called Exetor St. To my son Lemuel G. Taylor $10 and no more, he having received from me more that his proportion of my estate. To my daughter, Mary ann Duvall my present dwelling house on Hight St. and an annuity of $18.75, ground rent on Gay St. leased by me to Henry buckley. To my son, James Taylor premises on Front St., also premises on Jones St., also an annuity of $75 ground rent on premises leased by me to Robert Halis. To my friends William Carman and Samuel Jacob the premises conveyed to me from John L. Young and Joshua Hunt, inclusive of yearly rents of $38, in trust for teh use and benefit of George Taylor, Lemuel K. Taylor, children of my son George Taylor, in the event of teh decease of said children under age and without issue, then I give and devise premises to my son George Taylor. To my daughter Matilda Taylor premises on High St. and yearly rent of $18.75 from ground on Gay St., leased by me to John Fifer,and an annuity of $9.62 and 1/2 cents from premise on Union now called Potter St. leased by Owen Dorsey to Job White. To my wife Phoeve Taylor 3 houses and lots on Fells Point owned by her at time of our marriage. Remainder of estate to my duaghters Mary Ann Duvall and Matilda Taylor equally.
