In the name of God Amen  I William Willson of Baltimore county and State of 
Maryland being sick and weak of Body but of sound mind and disposing memory do 
make this my last will and Testament 
First I recommend my soul unto God who gave it and my Body unto the earth to 
be interred in a decent Christian like manner at the direction of my Executor 
and as to my Goods and property of this world I dispose of it in manner and 
form following after the paying my Funeral Expences and my Just Debts.  Item – 
I give and bequeath unto my son Nicholas Willson my two tracts of Land called 
Willsons Adventure and Addition to Willsons Adventure the two Containing by 
patent fifty Eight acres to him his heirs and assigns forever  I give unto the 
Children of my first wife namely Ann, William Greenburg Sarah John Elizabeth 
one shilling sterling each and no more and to the other Children of my second 
wife namely Charles Rachel, Joshua, Amon Catherine, Eleanor Solomon, Violet 
and John one shilling Sterling each and no more.  Item – I give and bequeath 
unto my loving wife Elizabeth all my personal Estate that shall remain after 
dischargeing the above legacies my Funeral Expences and Debts and I do hereby 
nominate and appoint my loving wife Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my last 
will hereby makeing void all former wills by me heretofore made and in Witness 
whereof have hereunto set my hand and affixed my  seal this tenth day of March 
one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five
