Thomases Parish in the County of Baltimore Farmer, being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto god calling unto mind the Mortality of of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and Ordain this my Last will and Testament, that is to say; principally an first of all I give and Recommend my soul into the hand of almighty god that gave it and my body I Recommend to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executor nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God, and as touching such wordly Estate wherewith it hath pleased god to bless me in this life, I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form First I give and bequeath to Jane my dearly beloved wife that tract of Land called Bonds forest containing ninety three acres to enjoy without any let molestation or hinderance whatsoever during her life together with the dwelling house wherein she now dwells and all my household furniture and effects and after her decease do give the same to William Willson my grandson when he’s of the age of one and Twenty to be enjoyed and possess’d by him Secondly I give to my well beloved son William Willson that tract of Land whereon he now dwells Containing fifty acres and Lastly I do give to Mary Riely that lives with me as house keeper them two yearlings Calves that now is therefore I do hereby utterly disalow revoke and dis--- all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacies bequest and Execution by me in any wise before named will’d and bequeath’d, Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of February in the year of our Lord god one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six William Wilson Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said William Willson as his last will & Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names.
