My grand child Hannah Parker 5000 lb. tobacco at 18 & 2 heifers one year after my demise. My dear child Elizabeth Parker 25000 lb. tobacco at 17 or marriage. Also 8 cows and a bull __(?). My son John Parker 10000 lb. tobacco ___ (?) cows at 18. My wife Katherine Parker 20 cattle belonging on my plantation Tillington & all good household stuff she had when I married he. All the rest of my goods household stuff, equally between my daughter Mary Buxtone within a year after my decease, my daughter Elizabeth Parker my son John Parker, last two at 17 or marriage. Wife Katherine Parker all my silver plate which is in my house & two man servants. I give my son William Parker my godchild Richd. Edgerly to bring up until he is 21 & give sd. Richd. 4 cows or heifers at 21. To my son John Parker my boy servt. Matthew Browne & to my daughter Elizabeth Parker my woman servt. Ann Boylstone. To William Holland my law books or the value thereof. My son William Parker my gray nag & all the rest of my goods & chattels after payt. of debts & legacies. My daughter Elizabeth Parker wife of Wm. Parker L 3 wh__ (?). To James Crawford one fourth part of my law books or value thereof. The dwelling house now building upon my plantation to be finished & the workmen to be paid. Son William Parker "Godwell" at bend of South River in Anne Arundel County, 805 acres, only he is to pay L100 towards the payment of Mr. John Abington's money debt. To my son John Parker, the plantation I now dwell on, after the death of my wife Katherine Parker. To my grand son George Parker, son of my son William Parker, Clahammond, 350acres, on condition that if my ___ (?) est. do not suffice to pay my debts, so much of Clahammond as is necessary should be sold & the proceeds applied to that purpose. To my grand children George Buxtone & Richard Edgerly Parker's Chance near Deer Creek in Balto. Co. equally between them, when sd. Richard Edgerly is 21.
