Will of Sarah Downes, Caroline County, MD JRN:B:225 
 
To son Benjamin Wilson part of 3 tracts of land called: "Jones Forest Resurveyed",
"Green's Fortune", "Green's Fortune Addition" containing 249 acres.
 
To dau. Mary Clayton 47 acres, part of a tract called "Jones Forest Resurveyed" to be
laid for her adjacent to her own land.
 
To dau. Ann Temples 47 a. part of a tract called "Jones Forest Resurveyed".
 
To son William Willson, Negroes, etc. and plantation dwelling at reasonable rent till such
time as my grandson, George Temples comes of age.
 
Grandson James Willson Brown, 10 pounds.
 
Rest and residue of estate to my children: my sons Benjamin and William Willson and my
daus. Mary Clayton and Ann Temples.
