MRS. CARRIE B. MILLER
  Mrs. Carrie Belle Miller, widow of Francis W. Miller, died Sunday evening at 
the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. [sic] and Mrs. John D. Englar, 
Kara-Bel Inn, Westminster.  Death was due to a heart condition.  She was 71 
years of age.  Mrs. Miller was a daughter of the late Charles C. and Harriett 
Allgire Matthews and leaves the following children: Mrs. John D. Englar, Mrs. 
Murray Baile, Westminster; Mrs. Hattie M. Sioussat, Baltimore; William C. and 
Robert K. Miller, New Windor; also two brothers, Mayor George E. Matthews, 
Westminster, and Frank B. Matthews, Baltimore.  The deceased was formerly of 
New Windsor.
  Funeral today at 10 a. m. from the Englar home with Rev. O. G. Robinson, 
paster of Centenary M. P. church, officiating.  Burial in the Westminster 
cemetery.
