of Mount Airy, Md., two sons, David Kennedy of Salisbury, N.C.,and William 
Kennedy of Frederick, Md.; a daughter, Robin Allocco of Mount Airy; a 
brother,Jerry A. of Eustis; three sisters, Kay Ann Stewart of Tuscola, Ill., 
Nancy Hall of Deland, Ill., and Merri-Lou of Indiana; and five grandchilddren.

Additional Comments:
 He was a retired police officer with the U.S.Capital Police and a Protestant.
