Died on the 28th of May, after a long and painful illness, which he bore with
Christian resignation, Mr. Henry C., son of Hon. John Thomson, of the vicinity of
Taneytown, Md., aged 24 years, 11 months and 19 days; the dutiful son, kind brother,
affectionate husband, faithful friend and exemplary Christian, was taken away in the
morning of his days, leaving those to whom he was very dear to mourn…
