Last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Caple

          I, Mary A. Caple, of Carroll County, in the State of Maryland, 
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last will and 
testament, hereby revoking all other wills and testaments heretofore made by 
me.
     I hereby authorize and direct my hereinafter named Executor to sell all 
the property, real, personal and mixed, of which I shall die seized and 
possesses, and to grant, convey and assign the same to the purchaser or 
purchasers thereof.
     After the payment of all my just debts, funeral expenses and the cost of 
suitable tombstones to be setup at my grave, I give and bequeath unto my son 
William N. Yingling the sum of two hundred dollars. All the rest and residue 
of my estate I give and bequeath unto my four children, viz: Jacob M. 
Yingling, William N. Yingling, Florence Corbin, wife of William L. Corbin, 
and Francis B. Yingling, share and share alike.
     And lastly, I do, hereby appoint my son, William N. Yingling, to be the 
executor of this my last will and testament.
     In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of 
January in the year eighteen hundred and ninety nine.

     Signed, Sealed, Published and declared by the above named testatrix, 
Mary A. Caple, as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, 
who, at her request, and in her presence -- of each other, have hereunto 
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
